If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone number, shipping address, billing address, credit card information, amongst other information necessary to complete your purchase. Visions Spa Salon does not retain any credit card information, as that information is processed through Foxycart.io and Stripe. Please view their processing policies. These sites are very secure, but like anything on the internet, nothing is guaranteed 100% secure. If you notice something strange regarding the credit card info you enter please contact Foxy and Stripe. We will do our best to help but we are not responsible for any fraudulent charges or compromised credit card information.
In the event that a purchase is made and the product is out of stock, we will fully refund your purchase.
All online purchases must be returned within 7 days in order to receive your refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

You further acknowledge and agree that Visions Spa Salon shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try, but are not obligated, to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be done 24 hours prior to the reservation to avoid charges of the service.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours there will be a 50% re-booking charge applied to your account based on the cost of your cancelled appointment, which must be paid prior to rebooking another appointment.
If you No Show your appointment there will be a 100% re-booking charge applied to your account based on the cost of your cancelled appointment, which must be paid prior to rebooking another appointment.
Brand New Clients must have a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment. If you no show your appointment there will be a 100% charge of the service booked to your card.
Appointments are not transferable.
When scheduling any appointment at Visions Spa Salon, that time is reserved for you and you only. No one else can show up for your appointment.
If you show up late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete the full service scheduled and may need to reschedule your appointment.
