How to Spa

Visions Spa services have been designed to give the ultimate relaxation and privacy. To maintain our tranquil environment, only guests with spa appointments may enter the spa. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment. All guests under 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during your spa treatment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions yet remain responsible for full service fees. All of our service providers have gone through extensive training. We base our fees on an individual's education level and skill level within the Visions Spa Salon career path. We feel confident in recommending all team members, regardless of price, to any of our customers. Always request a service estimate prior to having a service performed We offer the following guidelines to help you enjoy the benefits and pleasures of our spa. ARRIVAL Arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment to shower (if you are having a Massage or Body Treatment) and prepare for your service. All guests under age 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during your spa treatment. ATTIRE We offer men’s and women’s separate changing rooms with private lockers. When appropriate, robe & slippers will be provided. If you plan on using the coed sauna or any water therapies, please bring your bathing suit. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to drape a towel or sheet over any part of your body that is not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist if you prefer. CONSIDERATION The spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the rights of other spa guests. Leave your cellular phone and beepers behind or turned off in your locker. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We ask that you leave any valuables or jewelry at home. Visions Spa is an adult facility. In order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere children are not to enter the spa, unless they are having a spa service. This policy enables all spa guests to fully relax and enjoy their time with us. Please inform Guest Service when booking your appointment if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other conditions that may affect your visit with us. Services such as Massage Therapy, Vichy Shower, Hydrotherapy and Body Wraps enhance circulation thus severely increasing the effects of alcohol. Due to health concerns alcohol beverages are not recommended before or after these treatments. GRATUITIES In appreciation for outstanding service gratuities may be given at your discretion. They may only be given as cash or check to your service provider. Gratuities cannot be processed through our register as check or charge. Envelopes are provided at the guest service desk. PRICING Prices are starting from or in a given price range that depends on your personal needs and the education and experience of your service provider. All prices are subject to change.
