General Information

Arrivals

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your first service in order to be able to relax, give us the proper information, change into the appropriate attire, and to familiarize yourself with our spa and salon so your experience can begin.

Attire

Salon: Smocks will be provided in order to protect clothing. Visions cannot be responsible for soiled garments.

Spa: We offer men and women's separate changing rooms with private lockers. When appropriate, robe & slippers will be provided. If you plan on using the coed sauna or any water therapies, please bring your bathing suit. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained in the art of draping any body part that is not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist if you prefer.

Considerations

Salon: Visions Salon is designed to accommodate the entire family. For the safety of your children we ask that they remain with you at all times and maintain an inside voice for the courtesy of our other guests. Any guest under age 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

Spa: While Visions Spa Salon is a family friendly environment Visions Spa is an adult facility and in order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere we ask that children not be allowed to enter the spa. Please keep all talking at a whisper once you have entered the spa and turn all cell phones and pagers off. Any guest under age 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

You may request a male or female service provider.

Please inform guest services if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any condition that may be affected by your visit with us.

Gift Cards

Give an experience! Visions Spa salon gift cards may be used towards any service or product and can be purchased in any dollar amount. Available at Visions Spa salon or on our website Gift Card page. Packages must be used within one year however, value of gift card does not expire.

Policies

Reservations: A credit card is required to hold a reservation. No charges are applied as long as the cancellation policy is regarded.

Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be done 24 hours prior of the reservation to avoid charges of the service.

Online Appointment Policy: Failure to show to online schedule appointment will result in loss of right to Visions Online Booking Program.

Payment: We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated but are always at our guests' discretion. Visions Spa Salon cannot accept gratuities on behalf of a service provider and they must be paid directly to the service provider through cash or check. Gratuity cannot be applied to a credit card.

Returns: Returns must be made within 7 days with a receipt. No returns or exchanges on Boutique Items, Jewelry and Make-up.

Packages: Package prices expire one year from purchase. All services must be rendered the same day unless stated.

Alcohol: Several spa services enhance circulation that drastically increases the effects of alcohol. Due to health and liability concerns alcohol is not permitted on the premises and should not be consumed before or after a treatment.

Personal Items: Visions cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave all valuables at home.

Color Waiver: A 48 hour patch test waiver is required for all chemical services unless a patch test has been done.
